I am completely satisfied with the jacket's quality, making it a good purchase. Nonetheless, I had some concerns regarding the delivery service. Initially, I ordered an L size, but it turned out to be too small for my husband. Consequently, I had to return it at my own expense (11 pounds). Fortunately, the larger size was promptly delivered and fits perfectly. Otherwise, I would have had to bear the cost of another return if not for the ease of exchange and return offered by other retailers, who provide a return label inside the parcel at no extra charge
