      The order was delivered promptly, but unfortunately, the jacket was too small despite ordering my size. I returned it on the same day. Regrettably, I wasn't notified about the receipt of the returned jacket, so I had to call and confirm with you myself. However, once the confirmation was made, a replacement jacket was promptly dispatched and received the next day. I'm extremely satisfied with the jacket's quality and style.
